Each session is a focused, one-on-one conversation — typically 45 to 60 minutes. There's no agenda I bring. No homework I assign. No script. Just powerful questions, deep listening, and a safe space for you to think out loud and arrive at your own clarity. Sessions are held virtually, so you can show up from wherever you are.

A note on where I am in my journey.
I'm currently completing my IPEC certification, which requires working with 100 hours of coaching. That means right now, sessions are offered at no charge — not as a promotion, but because this is genuinely about learning and growing together. You get real, committed coaching. I get the experience I need to certify. It's a true partnership.
